Law Notice - 2009 Examinations

Any candidate mentioning the English courts may refer either to the current
system or to the structure and organisation as it existed before August
2009, but they must be consistent.  You will lose marks if you try to
combine the old and the new arrangements.

New changes to Trade Mark fees Trade & Services - 2009 Examinations

For the purposes of the examinations in 2009, candidates will not be expected to know or apply the changes in UK practice and rules which come into force on 1st October 2009.

Candidates can choose whether to base their answers on the pre October 2009 practice and rules or new practice / rules. However, candidates must be consistent and rely on one or the other.
